It was a close call at the weekend as Raynes Park Vale beat Ascot Utd away 2-3, with first half goals from Jordan Gallagher and Tom Barnes. Far from cruising to a win in the second half, Vale made life difficult for themselves by conceding two goals, with the Ascot equaliser coming after Tom Barnes was given a red card for a reckless challenge. Cal Hope restored Raynes Park's lead with a headed goal in the 94th minute.
