IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT FOOTBALL

  • It's not just about the football. It's about the community.

  • We strive to be the most successful non-league team in London.

  • In 5 years we want to achieve: Promotion. Ground improvements to compete at that level and beyond.

CHARITY WORK

Why we do charity work

Embedding ourselves in the community is part of our purpose of the club. We want to have an impact on the local community throughout different age groups and use our status as the local football club to make an impact on society.

On September 28th 2019 we held a football event in memory of Ben O’Connell who passed away on 18th July 2019 at the age of 14, raising over £10,000 for the CRY charity and installing 2 defibrillators for Raynes Park.

On September 28th 2019 the wonderful people at Raynes Park Vale FC held a football event in memory of Ben O’Connell who passed away on 18th July 2019 at the age of 14.

Ben loved his football and the event featured the teams that he had represented over the last few years, namely Raynes Park Vale, Glyn School, Motspur Park FC and representatives from West Sutton Little League.

Over 400 people turned up on the day and with the help of match funding, over £10,000 was raised for CRY and also to purchase 2 defibrillators for Raynes Park.

Our commitment to support charities is ongoing and if you'd like to continue to support CRY then please visit the Ben O'Connell memorial fund here.

In Loving Memory
