John Dalton will be moving aside as chairman of Raynes Park Vale to allow Bob Finch to take over the Chairman’s role. Bob wishes to become more involved in the club and knows it will be a hard act to follow. John will of course remain actively involved in the Club as a Board Member.

John's tenure has seen incredible progress achieved by the Club, especially over the last couple of years which has seen a league title at Step 5, a fantastic first season in the Isthmian League, dramatically improved facilities and a huge increase in our fan base.

Bob Finch's support of the club over the last 3 seasons has been invaluable and he looks forward to continuing the Club's upward trajectory.

Bob takes over from John who’s care & commitment oversaw the survival of the club in the difficult 19/20 & 20/21 seasons and with Bob helped transform the club to this day, fans both. Thank you Bob, thank you JD, so much. Without you guys the club, well it was in a bad place in 2019 and now the Vale is on the up. We’re lucky to have fans like you. Now Raynes Park Vale is a brilliant place to watch football. The pitch, the lights, the facilities, the food & drink and the football. All hugely improved. Up the Vale
